Well ... I'm not sure what to say.

Piece by piece, bit by bit, this is a fun chapter ... Harry's being clever, doing clever things, and it's fun to read about them.

But overall ... we have the big picture of a man who's killed innocent people (accidentally), which is a pretty tough thing to forget.

I'm worried about Hermione, too. She still seems to be something of a basket case. Well, she's had a big shock, I guess; those 'authority figures' she used to respect have had a big fall in her eyes. But still ...

I enjoyed Harry's use of his 'absorption power' to disable the wards of the safe! Although that reminds me that we have no real idea why he has that power in the first place. I guess we just say "he's Harry Potter" and move on?

Harry's use of his telekinesis^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H 'push' power is fine, but really any wizard can duplicate it with a banishment spell, right? He seems to be knocking rows of Aurors down too frequently and easily.

I think you've uncovered a loophole of Rowling's magical universe; if anyone can, with enough effort, place a Fidelius charm on anything - even if the object isn't legally owned by the wizard - then you'd think this trick would have been used before. Like George and Fred hiding the location of all the girls' toilets at Hogwarts.

This chapter seemed to be rather straightforward in comparison to its predecessors; no real twists, Harry continuing to move in a straight line. I'm wondering if you have further surprises/twists in store!

This is an excellent chapter. I am so glad that Harry is really trying to avoid killing anyone else. That is great. I like the way he put LXM and Bobbins out of the picture for a while. Mathias is a business man and unfortunately he is a little greedy but he will get the job done and all the patients will benefit because of it. It also looks better to the girls and the people that he will have to confess to eventually. I look forward to more of this story. pms

Great part here, and really liked to see a bit of the old Hermione starting to come through again, and hope she makes her way back completely. A fun talk with Tonks and Matthias as well, and it's all good to see Harry able to throw a bit of water on the open flames that the Ministry wants to keep fanning.

I don't see Tonks trusting Harry too soon I'm afraid. She is still a cop, and he still killed people, even if accidentally. But at least there has been a first step between the two.
