I did not see that last one coming, Harry being the new dark lord as well as being the new lord black/potter. It was easy imagining Tonks's shock. Very nice!

Hello Draco, This was an interesting chapter. I am impressed with your imagination and ability to make me believe in the story line. Very nicely done

I'm really depressed at the los of the relationship Harry had with Hermione, and though I like this Blaise well I don't know if I can stay through to the end. Hope they can be at least very close friends and aren't there two families here so why not two wives who after a good knockdown drag out can coexist.

Here's hoping!

Please update soon! The development of the story is really interesting as is the various ways in which each of the characters acts and reacts to the various situations. Thanks for including scene breaks; it was confusing, trying to judge where one scene ended and another began.

Keep writing and update soon

Hmm. Claiming the new Black patriarch is the new dark lord may blow up in his face. I'm sure it'll be important later, at any rate.

Highly entertaining.

Just thinking about it ... if it wasn't for the fact that I'm pretty sure 'Master Potter' is your last novel in this series ... although I forget where exactly I got that impression ... I'd be suspecting that the sequel to this story might be 'Dark Lord Potter' or maybe 'Minister Potter'. More likely the former, given that Harry has now killed innocent people. Musing mightily about what you're doing!

yay, update!

It's been a while,I'm gonna have to reread all the stories to get up to speed again, lol

Very glad to see the update. A few weeks ago I broke down and reread the trilogy just for my own version of an update. So thanks for sharing.

I really liked the use of transfiguration in the jailing/holding of the criminals.

I wonder if Hermione is going to be in shock of his power now. Stands up to half a dozen aurors without a scratch.

I also liked the way that you showed just how dangerous magic can be. I can see why the population in the wizarding world is so low. It always seems like a simple spell could cause a lot of damage.

Again thanks for the update :-)

Wonderful Story, the ending scene was very
intense and very imaginative. Keep up the great work. I can't wait for the update. Please don't make us wait too long!!

I loved how Harry taunted Tonks! I expect we'll be seeing her at Number 12 here soon, demanding an explanation. Thanks for reposting :)

I am not with these people moaning about how evil Harry has become. Fudge is by any measurement guilty of everything from corruption to manslaughter (by having direct culpability in plenty of deaths). The wizarding world is by any measurement a corrupt, unsalvageable government. In JKRworld it is pretended that it is always appropriate to let bygones be bygones. If Fudge lets innocent people rot in Azkaban for political reasons (which is basically torturing someone for your own gain) then it is enough to make him lose his job.

Total crap. In the real world people would demand blood and not rest until they got it. And if Wizarding Britain is so broken and corrupt that justice is impossible, well, there is a long history of violent rebellion against corrupt governments in the muggle world. And that is not evil.

Anyway. I really love this story, it's among my top 5 or so HP fics. The only downside is the deadly slow update rate. Can't wait for more.

Oh boy. I can't help but feel that you're taking a big risk here, as an author of a RAPIDLY darkening protagonist who has now taken innocent lives in his one-man stand against the legal government. I think I recall reading some negative reviews with your last chapter ... I'll have another gander after posting this, see what people are saying for this one.

Having been so long I re-read the previous chapter before starting on this new one. My H/Hr bias still wants me to push for a H/Hr ending to this story, but I guess ... sigh ... it's not going to happen. Harry's not wanting Hermione to be the mother of his children put paid to that pretty quickly. I still like to think that Hermione's showing more backbone, in worrying about Harry's ethical stance and fearing for his changing character, than Blaise is by just accepting things and going with the flow. Oh well. What might make Hermione a good wife - were Harry so inclined, which it seems he isn't - will still make her a good friend as well. I'll have to settle for that. But Apprentice Potter will always stand as a unique work in how you had the H/Hr romance shape up! :-)

Enjoyed the reading of the will ... the thing with Umbridge was clever. I wonder what she and/or Dudley will do?

For some reason I liked, too, your couple of sentences of description of Andromeda Tonks. Maybe I feel sorry for her, given who she lost in the canon. :-( Anyway, it was a dignified description, I'm glad your Harry recognised her worth, both in writing the will and in his observations of its reading.

Wondering if there's anything behind Ginny's "no falling tears"? Of course that's the only 'good' thing that canon!Harry noted about canon!Ginny aside from her physical charms ... her not crying.

Are we supposed to be getting worried about Ron, about his lack of concentration snowballing? It would be horrible if that old mistake of Harry's - going to the Ministry to save Sirius - claimed another victim, at this late date.

Again, I think your/Dumbledore's using the Stone to confirm Harry's death is very clever. I like any fanfic that puts that particular Hallow to good use, given how Rowling only bunged it in just so she could do her favoured 'death march' scene ... and otherwise didn't use it at all.

Thanks for continuing on with your stories; there are too many fanfic authors who have just left their work incomplete. I appreciate your pushing on with yours.

Well, time to see what others are saying about your murderer!Harry. I'm not feeling too good about him myself ... I wonder what Hermione's reaction will be in the next chapter? :-(

Harry ´s death toll is a nagging little worry. How badly warped is he? But the action is awesome. And the society you ´ve placed H in sure needs a thinging out in the bigotted ranks. So glad you ´ve updated.

Great chapter. Very entertaining. The accidental deaths were a nice (nasty) touch.

Heh, the bit with the two captured wizards made me imagine a brick wall composed of living, enchanted wizards turned into bricks. A "wall of enemies".

Great job, thanks for writing.

With the plot he's trying, and DD knowing he's not dead, I hope Harry is expecting DD to figure it out right away. :-)

Good chapter, thanks for sharing it with us.

Truly brilliant series you have going here. I just stumbled across your Aprentice Potter, Journeyman Potter and Master Potter series and it's definitely of way better quality than anyting JKR have written after OotP and one of the most magnificien pieces of fanfiction that I have ever read.
I do hope that you will continue with the story and I'm looking very much forward to the continuaion. In a way I hope that the end pairing wiil include Hermione, but as things are now I guess it points towards Harry and Blaise (which is perfectly fine). You truly have managed make the characters feel alive and perfect.

Thanks for a great story.
